  We've used Smoker for many years. As the company grew service got worse. They are unwilling to fix their admitted mistakes without charging an outrageous amount. They have made mistakes on our taxes for the last 6 years and have had to have the re-do it. There is never the same accountant there 2 tax seasons in a row and we are constantly getting someone new. We chose to use them for payroll services and the payroll department does not understand Quickbooks/Intuit as advertised. The very last time I asked for assistance, they hung up on me. What business does that? I would recommend them to anyone. PS: Looks like one of the CO's gave themselves a 5 star review.
